  • How much does Shipping cost?
    • For orders up to USD 29.99, shipping is USD 4.99
    • For orders from USD 30, shipping is USD 9.99
  • How do I know that my order is confirmed?
    • Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email address you entered during the checkout process.
  • When will I receive my order?
    • Once you place your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for it to be processed. After that, it may take 10 to 20 business days approximately for delivery. On occasion, orders might take a bit longer, but that's unusual. On the other hand, orders sometimes arrive before you expect them.

    • We have different locations we source our products from, such as the US, Canada, EU and China, to serve our customers better and faster.
  • Taxes
    • We are bound by some countries' laws to charge taxes where applicable and then pay it to the relevant Tax Authority. As per this article, Australian 10% GST will be added at checkout to all purchases where the product is shipped to Australia.
